When can I return to normal activities after LASIK?
On your LASIK day you will have a friend or family member drive you home where you will relax and begin taking your eye drops. Patients find that taking a good nap helps their eyes feel better. Vision steadily improves over the next 48 hours of surgery and you can return to work and most normal activities when you feel ready. You will follow up at ClearView or with your referring optometrist in a couple days after your surgery to monitor your progress. Additional aftercare will be tailored to your needs.
