ClearView Audiology is pleased to introduce David Wood, Au.D. F-AAA, our newest provider in the Lewiston office. Dr. Wood first became interested in audiology when his father acquired a hearing aid and he noticed a dramatic improvement in his quality of life. It led David to pursue his doctorate in audiology from Idaho State University.
Dr. Wood’s interests in audiology were furthered by his love for playing and producing music. He plays numerous instruments, including guitar, bass guitar and drums and has toured the US with a band during his under graduate and graduate programs.
Dr. Wood enjoys working with patients of all ages, and he has a specific interest in diagnosing and treating hearing loss in adult populations. He personalizes audiological services to meet each of his patient’s unique needs.
David and his wife Beth-Ellen welcomed their first child, Ethan earlier this year. They look forward to starting his career in the LC Valley. Both he and his wife, are avid hikers, enjoy the outdoors and spending time kayaking.
